GitTrove Terms of Service
Version: gittrove-2026-09-29 Copyright (c) 2026 Feldroy, LLC. All rights reserved.
1. This agreement These terms are the agreement between you and Feldroy, LLC for GitTrove: your account, the private package index at pypi.gittrove.com, and every private package you subscribe to through GitTrove. The listing names the packages a subscription includes. Currently that is LocalCI, and AirSuite, which includes AirKernel, AirD1, and AirGuard. If you subscribe for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it to these terms. A changed version of these terms applies only when you accept it for a later purchase.
2. Your account Creating an account is free. Keep your account credentials and license keys secure, and keep them inside your organization. Your employees and contractors may use the included software on your behalf, and you are responsible for their compliance. This subscription has no per-device or per-user limit within that customer organization. Downloaded software does not grant rights to other GitTrove packages.
3. Price, payment, and renewal The listing names the standard price and the effective price you accept at checkout. Beta customers retain their accepted rate while continuously subscribed. Payment is in USDC on Solana, and your wallet may charge a separate network fee. By authorizing the subscription in your wallet, you permit GitTrove to collect the accepted effective price initially and every 30 days until you cancel. Keep enough USDC in your wallet for renewal. Access starts only after payment is finalized, and a failed renewal does not extend access beyond the paid period. Cancel automatic renewal from your GitTrove account at any time; access continues through the paid period. You may also revoke the authorization in your wallet. An increase in price requires a new wallet authorization. A payment already submitted when you cancel may still finalize and will grant its paid period.
4. The private package license Feldroy, LLC owns the included private software and grants the subscribing customer a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download, install, run, and make backup copies of it during a paid subscription period. You may use it for personal work, your organization's internal work, and work you do for clients, on computers you control. This grant covers all versions of the included software you use during that period and supplies the written permission referenced by older bundled license notices. Existing open-source licenses and third-party notices remain applicable to their covered code.
5. What is included You may download the included software releases available during your paid period. No consulting, custom integration, or guaranteed support response time is included. These packages are in beta and may change and require migration between releases. No particular update schedule, support response time, or uninterrupted service is promised.
6. Your data GitTrove processes your account, order, and subscription records to provide and secure the service. LocalCI runs checks using your own tools and environment and keeps the results on your machine; it does not send run results to GitTrove. Optional GitHub reporting sends commit statuses and summaries to GitHub. LocalCI does not upload your source files or check output. Do not put secrets in command arguments or summaries. Local results are developer-reported evidence, not independent certification that a commit is safe or correct.
7. What you may not do Do not redistribute, sublicense, sell, or provide the included software itself as a service to others, share your account credentials outside your organization, remove ownership notices, or bypass access controls. Your own code, check output, and work products remain yours. No ownership of the included software transfers to you. Rights required by applicable law are not restricted by these terms.
8. Ending a subscription and refunds When your paid period ends, stop using the included software unless you renew or Feldroy, LLC grants you separate written permission. Feldroy, LLC may suspend access for misuse or a material breach of these terms. If Feldroy, LLC ends the paid service for a reason other than your breach, it will refund the unused portion of your paid period. Otherwise payments are nonrefundable except where applicable law requires a refund. Blockchain transfers are not automatically reversible; refunds are handled by Feldroy, LLC.
9. Warranty and liability To the extent allowed by law, the included software and the service are provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Feldroy, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Its total liability arising from the included software is limited to what you paid for it during the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms and contact These terms are the agreement for GitTrove unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions still apply. For subscription, refund, or license questions, contact audrey@feldroy.com. For technical issues, use https://github.com/GitTrove/LocalCI/issues without posting credentials or private data.
